It is either done as a scheduled procedure or is coordinated with their female partner&#8217;s egg retrieval.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Treatment advantages:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">30% to 50% sperm retrieval<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Common complications:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">-bleeding, infection, pain, pulmonary embolism<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">-shock, Testicular atrophy, fever<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Treatment measures:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">-Hospitalization due to infection, death, reoperation<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Alternative diagnostic methods:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Embryo donation<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Necessary training for patients:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">-NPO till 3 hours after operation then surgical diet<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">-The suture is absorbable and does not require to remove.
